2. Datenerhebung auf dieser Webseite
2.1 Beim Aufruf unserer Webseite
Unsere Webseite speichert standardmäßig temporär die Verbindungsdaten des anfragenden Rechners (IP-Adresse), Uhrzeit der Serveranfrage, die Seiten, die Sie bei uns besuchen, das Datum und die Dauer des Besuchs, die Erkennungsdaten des verwendeten Browser- und Betriebssystem-Typs, sowie die Website, von der aus Sie uns besuchen (Referrer).
2.2 Registrierung und Nutzung des Community Portals
Für Ihre Registrierung als Mitglied im Community Portal benötigen wir folgende Informationen:
Vorname, Nachname, Unternehmen, Position, E-Mail-Adresse, Telefonnummer
Die Verarbeitung dieser Daten ist für die Ausgestaltung der Nutzung des Portals erforderlich. Die Rechtsgrundlage hierfür ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. b DS-GVO.
Sofern Sie uns darüberhinausgehende personenbezogene Daten mitteilen, wie z.B. Geburtsdatum, erfolgt dies freiwillig. Die Verarbeitung dieser Daten erfolgt aufgrund Ihrer Einwilligung. Die Rechtsgrundlage hierfür ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a DS-GVO. Ihre Einwilligung können Sie jederzeit widerrufen. Der Widerruf hat keinen Einfluss auf die Rechtmäßigkeit der Datenverarbeitung, die vor dem Widerruf stattgefunden hat. Die Daten werden gelöscht, sobald Sie Ihre Einwilligung widerrufen haben oder uns auffordern, die Daten zu löschen bzw. bis zur Verjährung Ihrer Auskunfts- und sonstiger Ansprüche. Ggf. sind wir gesetzlich verpflichtet, Ihre Daten länger zu speichern, z.B. um Aufbewahrungspflichten nachzukommen.

Die Rechtsgrundlage hierfür ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. b bzw. f DS-GVO (Vertragserfülllung bzw. berechtigte Interessen). Die Daten werden gelöscht, sobald Ihre Anfrage bearbeitet wurde bzw. der Zweck für die Verarbeitung entfallen ist. Je nach Art der Anfrage erfolgt ggf. eine darüberhinausgehende Aufbewahrung (z.B. zu Beweiszwecken bis zur Verjährung etwaiger Ansprüche). Ggf. sind wir zudem gesetzlich verpflichtet, Ihre Daten länger zu speichern, z.B. um Aufbewahrungspflichten nachzukommen.

4. Ihre Rechte als betroffene Person
Sie haben als betroffene Person im Sinne der DS-GVO das Recht,
- gemäß Art. 15 DS-GVO Auskunft über Ihre von uns verarbeiteten personenbezogenen Daten zu verlangen;
- gemäß Art. 16 DS-GVO unverzüglich Berichtigung unrichtiger oder Vervollständigung Ihrer bei uns gespeicherten personenbezogenen Daten zu verlangen;
- gemäß Art. 17 DS-GVO die Löschung Ihrer bei uns gespeicherten personenbezogenen Daten zu verlangen;
- gemäß Art. 18 DS-GVO die Einschränkung der Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten zu verlangen;
- gemäß Art. 20 DS-GVO Ihre personenbezogenen Daten, die Sie uns bereitgestellt haben, in einem strukturierten, gängigen und maschinenlesebaren Format zu erhalten oder die Übermittlung an einen anderen Verantwortlichen zu verlangen;
- gemäß Art. 7 Abs. 3 DS-GVO eine einmal erteilte Einwilligung jederzeit gegenüber uns zu widerrufen. Dies hat zur Folge, dass wir die Verarbeitung, die auf dieser Einwilligung beruhte, für die Zukunft nicht mehr fortführen dürfen. Dadurch wird die Rechtmäßigkeit der aufgrund der Einwilligung bis zum Widerruf erfolgten Verarbeitung nicht berührt.
Widerspruchs- und Beschwerderecht
Zudem haben Sie gemäß Art. 21 DS-GVO das Recht, Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten einzulegen.
Legen Sie Widerspruch ein, werden wir Ihre personenbezogenen Daten nicht mehr verarbeiten, es sei denn, wir können zwingende schutzwürdige Gründe für die Verarbeitung nachweisen, die Ihre Interessen, Rechte und Freiheiten überwiegen, oder die Verarbeitung dient der Geltendmachung, Ausübung oder Verteidigung von Rechtsansprüchen unsererseits.
Im Falle datenschutzrechtlicher Verstöße steht Ihnen als Betroffene/r gemäß Art. 77 DS-GVO das Recht zu, sich bei der zuständigen Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren. 2. Processing of personal data / purpose of processing
2.1 Visiting the Websites
Our website temporarily stores the connection data of the requesting computer (IP address), the time of the server request, the pages you visit on our website, the date and duration of the visit, the browser type and version (as provided by your browser) and operating system type used, as well as the website from which you visit us (referrer).
2.2 Registration and use of the Community Portal
We require the following information for your registration as a member of the Community Portal:
First name, last name, company, position, e-mail address, phone number
The processing of this data is necessary for the design of the use of the portal. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b GDPR.
If you provide us with additional personal data, such as date of birth, this is on a voluntary basis. The processing of this data is based on your consent. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time. The revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing that took place before the revocation. The data will be deleted as soon as you have withdrawn your consent or request us to delete the data or until the statute of limitations for your right to information and other claims has expired. If necessary, we are legally obliged to store your data for a longer period of time, e.g. in order to comply with retention obligations.
2.3 Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files that are automatically generated by your browser and stored on your device (notebook, tablet, smartphone) when you use our services. If you contact us by e-mail or use our contact form, we will process your name and title, the name of the organization you work for, your e-mail address, your telephone number and any other information you provide us with in order to process your enquiry.
The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b or f GDPR (contract performance or legitimate interests). The data will be deleted as soon as your request has been processed or the purpose for processing no longer applies. Depending on the type of enquiry, data may be stored beyond this (e.g. for evidence purposes until any claims have become time-barred). We may also be legally obliged to store your data for longer, e.g. in order to comply with retention obligations.
3. Data Security
We have taken appropriate measures to protect your personal information from accidental loss, unauthorized access, unauthorized use/change and disclosure. We store your data in a secure operating environment that is only accessible to authorized persons.
4. Your Rights
As a data subject within the meaning of the GDPR, you have the right
- to obtain from the controller access to the personal without giving reasons in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR;
- to obtain from the controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR;
- to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR;
- to obtain from the controller restriction of processing in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR;
- to receive the personal data, which you have provided to us, in a machine-readable format in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR and to transmit those data to another controller;
- to withdraw your consent at any time in accordance with Art. 7 (3) GDPR. This has the consequence that we may no longer continue the processing based on this consent in the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the withdrawal.
Right of objection and appeal
Furthermore, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR.
If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate reasons for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims on our part.
In the event of violations of data protection law, you as the data subject have the right to complain to the responsible supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR.
